Biafra will never forget millions of her children who were starved to death in the 1967 - 1970 genocide
The starving to death of millions of Biafra children, women, frail elders, whom genocide and a war of annihilation was forced upon and many died as a result, only because they dared to demand their legitimate right to exist.

Article 15 of the aforesaid declaration stated this, "1.Everyone has the right to a nationality, 2.No one shall be arbitrary deprived of his nationality nor denied the right to change his nationality".
